Hi Robin, thanks for the note. I'll pass your comments on to Dr. Dave. It is so hard to see past a person's limitations and weaknesses without some perspective from the outside. Maybe there is a market for growth mindset coaches!

Great post.

Wouldn't it be interesting if we started identifying people by their mindset rather than just lumping them under the one heading. Eg, they are a coach.

Imagine if we started identifying people as: they're a growth mindset coach or they're a fixed mindset coach.

And if we started talking about teachers, parents, employers or even organisationsin in the same context. It would start to change the way things are done and things are percieved.

I'd rather be known as a growth mindset coach, than just merely a coach for then people would know where I'm coming from.
