I had to chuckle as I read Dave's reaction to the article cited. He is so right, we don't need fMRI's to remind us that the right thing is the right thing. Perhaps we are drawn to research and explanations such as this as it helps remind us that the Golden Rule is at the heart of much of what people expect and what is effective in management. Thanks for pulling back the curtain Dave!
